Name the baby Gronk It Beats Last.

Former All-Pro tight end Rob Gronkowski has spoken about “Baby Gronk” and about his father’s desire for fame and how things went “too far.”

“Yeah, it’s a point where it gets awkward. It’s so far out,” Gronkowski told Barstool Sports at Tight End University. “Four weeks ago, my brother said to me, ‘Yo, did you see Baby Gronk?’ ‘Did you see him?’ I go. ‘His father has hit me so far 500 times.’ He said, ‘Don’t do anything.’ The father is so annoying. And that was five or six weeks ago. Then suddenly, two weeks later, he’s coming out all over the place. He’s dead. My brother laughed.

Baby Gronk – whose real name is Madden San Miguel – is a 10-year-old on social media with over 320,000 followers who is allegedly the next potential soccer player.

His father, Jake San Miguel, is an aspiring digital marketer who manages his son’s social media accounts as well as his own.

The older San Miguel has put his son in the spotlight for quite some time now — Baby Gronk has been spotted with the likes of Shaquille O’Neal, Mark Wahlberg and LSU gymnast Livvie Dunn, but Gronkowski thinks the dad’s actions must come to an end.

“We will stop and stop Gronk’s father,” the narrow end added.

Gronkowski isn’t the only former NFL player who has spoken out about Baby Gronk.

Two-time Super Bowl champion Chris Long, who grew up under tremendous pressure from his father Howard Long inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame, has spoken out about the impact this kind of exploitation would have on Baby Gronk in the future.

“I have no problem making use of the internet, that’s what we all do,” Long said on his Green Light podcast. “But the difference is that we don’t use a 10-year-old to do that. You have to be concerned about the toll this child will take when he grows up.”

Baby Gronk may not have supporters in the NFL, but his dad certainly may never leave his side.
